If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not provide returns on incorrect sizes unfortunately; so please check your size according to our size information.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Please refer to the returns policy. Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds but we can provide you with a replacement garment should there have been a manufacturing fault.
DELIVERY FEES
Please note that as all garments are made to order, the delivery time is 7-10 working days from the time payment is made.
All deliveries in and around the Cape Town CBD and neighbouring suburbs are free of charge.Â
Deliveries for the rest of South Africa will cost a flat fee of R99 for orders up to a maximum weight of 2kg.
Unfortunately we are not offering international shipping at this time.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for any returned items.
Shipping costs are nonÂrefundable.
